Information you provide

The readiness assessment collects your name, work email, company, website, role, company size, API availability and the workflow details you choose to share. Please do not submit passwords, access tokens, sensitive personal information or customer records.

How we use it

Agent Port AI uses these details to review your request, evaluate potential agent actions and respond about your assessment or a related implementation. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Storage and service providers

Submissions are stored in the site’s hosted database. When email notifications are enabled, submission details are also processed by Resend and sent to our assessment inbox at sam@agentportai.com. The site’s infrastructure providers process information needed to host the service and handle requests. This may include technical request information and processing outside your location. Assessment submissions are not publicly displayed.

Retention and choices

We keep assessment information for reviewing and following up on your request and any resulting business relationship. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us through the assessment form and stating your request in the workflow field. We may need to verify your identity before making changes.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not add advertising trackers or a marketing analytics service. Hosting and access-control features may use necessary technical storage. Links to external platforms are subject to their own privacy practices.
